Outstanding Service

How Some Providers Rise Above the Rest

Great providers exist and they deserve recognition.

Please share your experience with a provider who delivers exceptional care to an individual with a disability. Dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work tirelessly under demanding conditions, and their compassion, commitment, and daily efforts to support our most vulnerable community members should be acknowledged.

What sets outstanding providers apart? Are there best practices that should become standard across the industry? How can we collectively improve the quality of care statewide and nationwide?

Individuals, families, support coordinators, providers, and state agencies must work together to ensure people with disabilities live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. We invite you to share your insights and recognize a provider, DSP, or state affiliate who has made a meaningful difference in your loved one’s care.
